Shipping & Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Time:

We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. In most cases, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. The delivery will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.

Shipping Charges:

• Prepaid Orders - We offer free shipping on prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery - There will be COD charges of Rs. 50 only. 

Receiving a Damaged Product:

If you receive a product in a damaged condition or notice any tampering or damage to the packaging before delivery, we kindly request you to refuse acceptance of the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our customer care team at support@rivaaraluxe.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you return the product to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues with your order promptly.
