At Rivaaraluxe, we do offer an exchange as per our company policy. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Replacement should be raised within 24 hours, and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

  • You may write to us at support@rivaaraluxe.com strictly within 7 days of the date of delivery to request an exchange

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • Any item not received by us will not be considered for exchange.

Your items must be in the same condition, unused, and free of damage, stains, and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact and in its original packaging.
